Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

1. Nature of Our Services

Infinity Clock Studio provides custom-built software systems, operational portals, and business automation solutions designed and engineered specifically for each individual client. Every engagement begins with a dedicated discovery, scoping, and development process that is unique to the client's business requirements. Because our work is entirely custom and non-transferable, our payment and cancellation terms reflect the nature of this commitment.

2. Advance Payment

All projects require an advance payment before work commences. This advance payment secures dedicated engineering time, initiates the scoping and architecture phase, and represents a mutual commitment between Infinity Clock Studio and the client. The amount and schedule of the advance payment are agreed upon in the project engagement agreement prior to the start of any work.

3. No Cancellation Policy

Once an engagement has been confirmed and an advance payment has been received, work begins immediately. Due to the custom, client-specific nature of all deliverables, we do not offer cancellations after work has commenced. Engineering, design, and development resources are allocated and dedicated exclusively to each project from the moment engagement begins. As such, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the project is underway.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Infinity Clock Studio are non-refundable. This applies to advance payments as well as any milestone or final payments. Because each system is built entirely from scratch to serve the client's specific operational requirements, the work performed cannot be repurposed, resold, or applied to another project. The value is embedded in the delivered system, and refunds are therefore not applicable.

5. Delivery Commitment

In exchange for this payment policy, Infinity Clock Studio commits to delivering all agreed-upon work as defined in the project engagement agreement. We stand behind the quality and functionality of every system we build. If deliverables do not match the agreed scope, we will address any legitimate discrepancies at no additional cost as part of our delivery commitment.

6. Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope requested after work has commenced may result in additional charges. Scope changes do not entitle the client to a refund of any previously paid amounts. All scope modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work begins.

7. Questions & Clarifications

We encourage all prospective clients to thoroughly review the project scope and ask any questions before confirming an engagement. For any questions regarding this policy or your specific engagement, please contact us at hello@infinityclockstudio.com before making any payment.
