Infinity Clock Studio provides custom software engineering services including, but not limited to, web application development, internal tooling, operational system design, and process automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own all custom code and deliverables produced specifically for their project. Infinity Clock Studio retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, libraries, or proprietary tools incorporated into the solution. This website and its content remain the exclusive property of Infinity Clock Studio Inc.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and operational details as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any project engagement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Infinity Clock Studio's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Software is provided with reasonable care and skill; however, we do not warrant that systems will be entirely error-free.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
